Peter & Jessamine (Spicer) Olson
PETER OLSON (2/7/1878 – 8/10/1957)
Peter Olson was born near Cashton, WI, son of Carl and Maren (Pedersdatter Benerud) Olson. He was baptized in North Coon Prarie Lutheran Church and confirmed at Immanuel Lutheran church near Cashton. He attended the Woodard rural school. He married Jessamine Spicer (?-1975), and they moved to Saskatchewan, where they farmed until they came back to the USA. They were divorced, and in 1932 Peter married Belva Sparks (1910-1974) and they lived at Chillicothe, OH. In 1950 they were divorced and Peter went to Chicago, IL where he lived the rest of his life.
Peter and Jessamine Olson had four children: Grace, Mrs. Engvald Vevang (1905-1994); Grant (1906-1985); Clarice (1907-1910); and Isabella (1909-1983).
Peter and Belva Olson had six children: Edward; James (1934-1937); Homer; Flora (1939-1939); Carl; and Joyce, Mrs. Robert Tweed.

Peter Olson is buried at Acacia Cemetery in Chicago.
